Although this company offers some great prices, I am disappointed with their service and here is why. On November 15,2015 I ordered 6 items as Christmas presents. In December I received an email stating that the items were shipped from BTR on December 11 and would arrive in 7 to 10 days. On December 20 I sent an onsite email inquiry as to the status of my shipment and received a reply to basically check with OnTrac. I checked with OnTrac and received a message that no packages had yet been delivered to OnTrac. I tried calling BTR customer service and couldn't get through to talk to anyone. Thanks for ruining my Christmas BTR! You just lost a customer!
