Very POOR Customer service!

My mother is a cancer survivor, and Bra Smyth is one of the only few places where you can buy a bra with a prosthesis in the city. But to our surprise no help! There were 3 sales girls in the store on a Friday at 5:15 PM; they already have her measurements on file due to previous purchases, but the rude insensitive sales girl said, “The seamstress is not here. I can only sell you regular bras.” Really? You can't take a bra out of a box and ring it up?
