DON'T GO THERE IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR WITHOUT TONS OF SCRATCHES !!!Went there. They did a terrible job "hand-washing" the car. Did some more cleaning in the dark...realized next day they had put tons of scratches on the car. When I complained management said that these scratches could not been from them. Weird, the car is brand new (nice black Porsche) and has only been washed there. When I went to another great car wash (NY Car Spa on E122nd St) they asked me who messed up the paint so badly when washing it. THE ANSWER: BROADWAY BRIDGE CAR WASH !!!

Only have gone there to get my car washed since I bought it. Went last weekend into the handwash and the car was really dirty. They did a very poor job cleaning it and scrubbed it with dirty sponges. The whole car is no scratched up. Went back to complain and the only comment from management was that this happened elsewhere. Weird there are scratches on the back, the sides, the hood and even the roof. They seemed to have just appeared on a brand new car with less than 2000 miles. Terrible management that does not even admit they screwed up. Don't get your car messed up in this horrible hand wash.
