Carys is a truly wonderful therapist—one who will actually help you fix problems in your life rather than just sit there listening passively. I had multiple therapists before working with Carys, and they were all very nice people but they were not great with helping me to make concrete changes in my life. Carys is the first therapist I had who kept me focused on achieving my personal goals. She asks you how you're feeling but then says, "Let's figure out next steps. What actions are we going to take to get you where you want to go?" Carys will always be honest with you about what she thinks, which is sometimes hard to hear, but she has never been anything less than kind and supportive along the way. I can't recommend her highly enough.
