Let's be clear. This is the best restaurant on the upper west side, hands down. I went with some friends before the show at the Beacon. Funny that they were offering PBR beers at the bar. Waiter said that when shows that are 'rockin' they like to get into the spirit of things by offering a can beer. Well I did have a PBR! Its been like 8 years for a PBR but it was fun. We then got down to business with a wonderful Chianti that was so smooth and flavorful. Just loved it. We also had a bunch of apps and dishes. I had the Steak (course with my Chianti ;) We ended with a fantastic chocolate cake dessert that was warm and it came with some gelato or ice cream. I would totally recommend Cesca. The staff were so nice and the food was delicious.
