The worst costumer Service I have ever experienced, Purchased a new TV in Oct of 2016, work a total of 18 days, I have been in contact with your customer service department every day since and have not been able to even get it fixed or replaced. nothing but a run around every time I call. Not once has any one from Samsung ever taken the time to return one of my phone calls. what a surprise 2 1/2 month later and still no TV. Please anyone reading this I would not recommend Samsung (Poor Company)
