Staff of Chelsea Merit Florist Inc is rude and unprofessional!



I dealt with a few small things in the City on Oct 25, 2009, on the 22nd street. Their Green GMC van was parked in front of my car. I needed to leave soon and take my car. When I got to my car I noticed that thier van is pressed into my front bumper, making scratches and dents. I figured, "oh well it happens, the driver didn't mean it" and I asked them to more the truck so I can get out without further damage to my front bumper in an already tight parking spot. I had to call/ask twice to get the diver to come out - he gave me a hole bunch of attitude, told me that that's what he bumpers are for, told me to cool it because he knows a lot of people in the neighborhood and gave me a middle finger.



In the end, he didn't move the truck.



Advice to you: tell them not to park their vehicles next to yours, when you are getting a delivery - they'll scratch it and dent it.
