City Space Suites is disorganized and unprofessional. I used them for a mail-forwarding service while I traveled. They double-charged me for the first 2 months of service; it took several phone calls to sort this out. They told me I had a package for pick up; as I wasn't expecting anything, I called the company the package was from, only to find out that the City Space Suites employee had simply not read the name correctly on the box in the first place. They were rude and unaccommodating when I decided to cancel service.

I just rented an office from this company at their Union Square location. It was quite possibly the easiest and least stressful real estate transaction I've ever made. They seem to really have their act together there. Ask for Kevin if you call, he is great.
