On February 24, 2015, I submitted an online order for Clinique and paid via PayPal. Since I did not receive my products or any updates, I contacted Clinique via email. I was told they have no record of my order. I have been asking Clinique to withdraw the pending amount via Pay Pal; which hasn't happened. I've been online ordering since it became available and have never encountered such an issue. The worst: lack of follow-up from Clinique online. Poor customer service.

I have used your aloe shave gel for 25 years and went to buy my year's supply only to find you hve changed the formula and it is watery and the dispenser valve is uncontrollable. I returned one of the bottles to Macy's, but since I had sued a small portion of the other, I continued. This only festered in my mind and I am really upset with Clinique. Even Gillette'sgel is better. The old formula and valve was controllable and the gel was thick and worked into a nice creamy texture that resulted in a clean, close shave that left my skin smooth and comfortable. I know I only used two bottles a year and it was only a $30 sale, but my wife has not stopped using Clinique foundation products as well. If you come to your senses and decied to really improve the product, let me know. It is sad that a $5.00 Gillete product is better than a $15 product I used for over 25 years.

Why discontinue Clinque Anti Aging Dewey Smooth make up??? For the past 25 years or so, I have been using this product Why in the world would it be discontinued?? Saw it last sold for between 75.00 and 100.00. OUTRAGEOUS!! Profit is one thing, but taking advantage is quite something else. Several years ago I was able to purchase several bottles at Gone But Not Forgotten for what I think was around $30.00 which is a reasonable price, but to gouge the public with this mark up is unfathomable. I THINK you are trying to unload some of your other foundations and discontinued this WONDERFUL PRODUCT SHAME ON YOU. Using this product people would stop me on the street and ask what kind of make up I use. ------Incidentally, I am 80years old and both my mother and I have used this product for many, many years. You really disappoint me. You profess to be in the beauty business and then when a customer finds something great it is no longer available.
