When you walk into this place you'll step into icky, slippery seafood fluids. When you leave you'll see an enormous mass of trash that smells up the sidewalk. The nightly garbage/delivery trucks increase congestion and noise pollution. Clinton Street was a much better place before this establishment existed.

The owner of this grocery store is a dishonest cheat who couldn't care less about customer and neighborhood relations. I tried to exchange a rotten product for a fresh one, but I was coldly and rudely argued with and blamed for being the cause of the defect. This was a horrible experience. Finally, in my frustration, I simply left the rotten purchase in the store and vowed never to return. For me it wasn't even about the product -- it was about seeing whether or not he was willing to maintain business goodwill. Well I got the answer, which was basically "f*ck off, your business doesn't matter here, there are more customers where you came from." My family and I had been shopping at that store for years -- it's not like we were some rascals off the street, although the owner certainly treated us as if we were. Avoid this store like the diseased plague it is, especially if you do not want to get stuck with rotten products.
