11/14 Brought truck to Cybert to repair radiator thermostat, daignose and repair....$846. 3/15 Truck leaking fluid, returned truck to Cybert & told that "someone" put the wrong radiator cap which caused the leak.... $250 to diagnose and repair. Two days later truck breaks down on my son outside of Buffalo, NY and is towed to nearest service station. Engine overheated because the radiator cap wasn't properly put on radiator and the radiator hose was unattached causing it to drain over the 400+ mile drive. $159 to tow and repair. Service invoice from Buffalo taken to Cybert to be told that since the truck wasn't towed back to them they would not honor the warranty. They do not stand behind their work, they over change and the manager avoids all contact once something goes wrong.

These people will not stand by their work even when they over charge and obviously don't do the job properly. THIEVES, CROOKS, INCOMPS
