Provided by YP.comIn September Roto-Rooter came to fix my 'running toliet' which woud not flush for $250. The person who came was nice and professional. He said that the flush mechanism was broken. My toliet worked for a while (it flushed) but soon started to "run" again. I sent an email of concern to Roto-Rooter but received no response. Then this weekend it clogged. We tried to plunge the problem away, but we had no success. So again I called Roto Rooter. The nice professional that came this time said that the first guy had not replaced a rubber part which was why it continued to "run/leak" again and that was likely part of the reason that it clogged also. $385 later, he unclogged the toliet and replaced the rubber piece that the first guy should have. Now, over $600 later I have a toliet that works. I think Roto Rooter owes me a refund??? Why didn't the first guy complete the job? $600 is an outrageous amount of money. Please reply!! Unhappy customer
