Our friends recommended Ekcer Windows and we are so happy that we asked them to do the work for us. From start to finish they were professional, ready to listen to our concerns, answered all our questions with patience and understanding...Thanks to their gentle guidance and assistance the whole process went smoothly. We are now planning to remodel our kitchen and we don't have to look any further, we found a company whose first concern and goal is to make a customer happy. Absolutely dreadful experience with this company. I work for reputable contractor in NYC. I called for pricing on some windows to present to our client for review. I offered to send the architectural drawings, via email, and the guy from Ekcer completely blew his top: He accused me of lying about the project, called me a bleeping skunk and,after a similar string of curses, proceeded to cut me off. UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE BEHAVIOR.
