Ruined my eyebrows!!

I shouldve known better! since there was some crazy woman handing out flyers out front. Not very elegant at all, but, I thought I would take a chance. Wish I hadn't! Not mention I see here that they claim they've been operating since '98 and I live across the street...they opened like 3months ago.
