The two highlights for me was they do the stressful part of finding a dentist for you and they do it for free.

I love that when I called they knew that I needed someone as soon as possible. They asked and answered questions thoroughly and with speed.

The best part was that they are reachable 24 hours and they refer great doctors but my misunderstanding was that I call their number and I can talk to a dentist 24 hours, similar to a 24 hour hotline.

My aunt is visiting NYC and had a dental accident so I told her to call and she said she was very happy with the experience and they had found a dentist for her that also accepted her insurance.

Not only did they handle my call professionally but they really understood and were sensitive to my level of urgency. They connected me to a wonderful dentist who I will be going to moving forward for other non-emergency needs.

Professionalism is always appreciated. Spoke to Michael when I called who seamlessly asked me quick questions and then found me a dentist who I saw the same day.

I called panicking not knowing what to do. The person I spoke to was calm and quick and found a dentist who took care of my nephews tooth right away.
