My friends and I are renting a two bedroom on Mulberry for the summer. It was a pretty easy processes. We are so happy and excited! I really like this location. I used to go down in this area when I was a kid on vacation.



We were really worried about finding a place, but this seemed like a nice option, since these guys rent out for 30 days or more and take out of state guarantors.

I am a long term tenant. I really love the building and location. I've only had a few minor maintenance requests, and everything is always taken care of immediately. I've heard a lot of horror stories about landlords, so I'm glad I lucked out with a good one.

I was supposed to stay at 145 Mulberry, but the building was being renovated so I was temporarily moved into a building they have located at 48th St. Both buildings were really nice, but once I finally got to Mulberry I fell in love with the location. It was really cool. I never spent much time exploring downtown but it was great. It seems like there is a lot more culture and a lot less touristy stuff. I would definitely stay at their Mulberry location again.

I rented a furnished apartment through this company while I was in NYC for two months. I really loved the place. I’m a chef and I really wanted a kitchen, so a hotel room was my last resort. This apartment wound up being bigger and better than any hotel and the rent was waaaaay cheaper Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Once a year I have to go to Manhattan for my work. I always stay with these guys. Usually I book a studio in their Mulberry Street building, but this year they were booked, so I stayed in Midtown for the first time. It was all the way out on 10th Avenue, but I wound up really liking the location, but will try to book a little earlier next time to get back in the

Mulberry building.

This review isn’t so much about the apartment, but about the location of the apartment. I stayed short-term at 145 Mulberry and it was awesome. I did not want to leave. We loved exploring Little Italy and SoHo. It was so much fun! The last week we were there they were setting up for the San Gennaro Festival - I wish we could have been around to experience that too;( We’ll be back though!

Even after a month of moving in, they are still checking up on us to ask how the place is going and if we need anything else. NOT TOO BAD, so far. . . . ;)

Pretty good compared to the other property management companies I have had to deal with. I definitely recommend them!

The apartments were kind of expensive compared to where we come from, but Emmut seemed to be a good balance of quality and price compared to the rest of the companies we looked at. I was also happy with the on site management office in the building we were in. We didn’t have any issues during out two-month stay, but it was comforting to know they were right downstairs.

Not bad for an NYC landlord. It's my thirds apartment in the city, so I've definitely been with worst.

I’m a tenant at 145 Mulberry Street and have been very pleased with the building and location. I thought the building looked really good before, but they are almost done with some new renovations to the lobby, hallways and a few apartments on the lower floors. Sure, no one likes living in a construction zone, but they got things done pretty quickly and it’s starting to look really nice over here.

I had a fairly positive experience with these guys. I had to find a nice safe apartment for my daughter who just got a job in Manhattan. We found the building at 521 W 48th street to be suitable and clean. The apartment itself seems to be pretty much brand new and everything is in working order. The rental process was pretty straightforward and the management office is in the building where she can bring her check each month. I would recommend to others.

Every property John Young / Emmut develops is a visual affront, and aesthetic kick to the groin of the community in which they build. These guys specialize in historic architecture carnage and will tear down beloved 200 year old gems and replace them with something that looks like temporary UN housing on the westbank or a soviet era institution in a moscow ghetto sure to kill the vibe on the quaintest of streets. up next for mr. young? demolition of a row of 1790s houses on the oldest street in the country.

several properties in NYC all new or recent developments , all apartments are renovated , elevator buildings , No DM, live in Super, Clean Loby Entrance and buildings look good in general.
