Provided by YP.comDidn't get type of room requested even though checked in early. Wouldn't print our boarding passes. Told us they didn't have the internet and that we could use a computer around the corner for $3.95 to print our passes. Staff too busy playing games on their computers to do this simple task. People at the desk were rude and snippy. Acted like they were doing you a favor by answering a question. Will NEVER stay here again. Have had much better experiences at many other hotels in NYC.
