Provided by YP.comThis place is garbage. The doctor on staff Dr. Marianth J. Harris is an old cynical balding African American woman with thinning braids, losing her teeth and actually thinks she's Jewish because she's put her child through Yeshiva University. She knows nothing about medicine and comes off as a holistic quack voodoo tribes woman. She tells you that there is nothing wrong with you and for you to take 2 Tylenol and that's it. Her sarcasm and insults only furthers the moments of leaving and avoiding this establishment all the more desirable. Some of the original staff are still very helpful but for the most part I would not trust my health to such an unscrupulous business. They lose your records, they don't call you back for follow up appointments and have no idea about basic medical terminology. The wait time for simple procedures are seemingly endless and misplacement of medical records are common. First Aid Medical was once blessed with great patient service, convenient time slots and the presence and expertise of an amazingly beautiful and well informed PA by the name of Dr. Sandra Van Rabenswaay. She has since moved on to most likely a more professional establishment given that fact of the unbearable conditions at First Aid Medical. I would not only advise my friends not to go to this place, but also share my bad experiences with potential new patients. I have since found real medical professionals who actually care about the clients heath and well being. This is America, not a third world country. I'm not certain that the folks at First Aid Medical realize this.

Provided by YP.comThis was a wonderful "full service medical office" I was always greeted by friendly, courteous staff, had my blood pressure, temperature etc taken almost immediately; sat down, and while waiting was offered coffee or tea again by the staff. I was attended to by a female physician (Im embarrassed to admit I do not recall her name) who greeted me and expressed sincere concern for whatever was bothering me. Whether I went in for my yearly physical, or for an injury, or for a simple cold; she always treated me with the upmost respect and performed a thorough exam. I wasill the other day, and had gone in at 11am for an 11:30 appointment. I was not seen until nearly 4pm, by a rude female physician who did not even bother to examine me, but muttered "you've just got a cold, go home and take Tylenol", she barely raised her eyes to look me in the face, did not look at my throat, and basically rushed me out of her office. While I was waiting, the staff did not bother to apologize for the delay, or ask me if I would like a Tylenol, instead they sat down speaking Polish or Russian amonst themselves. I AM NEVER GOING BACK!! I am going to my pharmacist and ask if he can track down my physician, I had finally found a doctor who actually bothered to "touch you" instead of rushing you out in 5 minutes with a bunch of scripts. Someone should inform these women this is America and to speak in another language in front of other people is just rude!!!!
