Private showroom upstairs in the diamond building where GIA is, the building is like Fort Knox! Friendly and uber-knowledgeable with ideas for my exisiting ring (bought elsewhere before I knew) which I had Gezarian re-set. I couldn't be more pleased...if only my husband had shopped there in the first place;)

edit:10-18-12 Just went back to the store after months, the owner remembered me, my name and the ring he made...literally as soon as I walked in the door! It's nice to be treated like a VIP even for my small sale. I decided to treat myself to a matching stacking ring to match the band I had made. He even checked the stones and repolished my engagement ring while I waited.

Nice people, good service, quality repair work.
