Provided by YP.comTechnical people were totally useless. I paid $170 for a new video card, that I didn't even need and the computer was having the exact same problem it was having before I ever took it in. The customer service was terrible, 20-30 minute hold times for information, lack of knowledge on the part of the people answering the phone. I was ripped for $170 and still have a broken computer, save your time. Find somebody reputable and reliable.

Provided by YP.comHad them look at a computer I just bought that was missing the e drive. They claimed to have fixed it but less then a day later the same thing happened. Then one then lead to another and I was stuck with nothing but an expensive bookend. Had them look at it again. They claimed it was my fault and that it happened because of a virus. Considering this stuff started happening before I even hooked it up to the internet I find that hard to believe. Tried to charge me $120 to make recovery disks to use for a computer that only has 1 drive that couldn't be used. Also tried to charge me extra to have them do the recovery themselves and to take care of any viruses. Scam artists. Watch your wallet they'll try to steal you blind!

Provided by YP.comThese guys are crazy. They wanted $300 to come to my apartment and clean my computer from a virus! I used a local company and they charged me $60 for the same thing. In my opinion $300 for a virus is a highway robbery!
