I moved into the building a couple of months ago and I am noticing substandard care of the building. No one ever cleans the building. The elevator has had what looks like a disgusting spit stain on the door and it has been there for months. It looks like none of the floors ever get cleaned. Lights out on each and every floor and no one replaces them. Tenant are disgusting also. They drop trash (gum wrappers, tissues, candy wrappers) in the elevators and just leave it there. Every morning there are different people sitting at the front desk or outside of the building. I refuse to call him or any other person sitting at the front desk a doorman. Doormen announce visitors up before they actually send them to your apartment. This makes me feel very uneasy. The building is very nice and aside from the super who is very nice and always polite and well dressed, the people they have employed to run it, are sketchy to say the least. 2205 has so much potential.

The management here is absolutely horrendous. And although the building is new, it is going downhill and going fast. The "doorman" downstairs was selling drugs from behind the desk. Men and women that were obviously drugged up would be outside waiting around the door at night, which is really frightening. When I brought this to the attention of the management, he said I should find proof of this and that I should not make accusations. Yeah. The situation only got worse and the men ended up in jail. Now, the new doormen are just as bad. I will not be renewing my lease here and everyone else I've spoken with in the building is leaving, too. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest anyone move in here. Drug and safety issues aside, the management treats the tenants really poorly and refuses to fix an problems. I could move downtown and pay the same rates and actually receive the service for which I am paying.

The apartments are brand new- they are clean and nice- but because of the location, the management believes they can get away with treating its tenants poorly. The substandard management and care of the building is distasteful- if I had to do it again, I would find somewhere else to live. I fear because of the high demand, and the cheap rent, the company has little to no incentive to change. ** In order
