Grand Expediters NYC Reviews: I Spoke to Mike who was extremely helpful. We got an exceptional deal in the purchase of an apartment. But the apartment needed a gut renovation. This is when I started calling different Architects and Expediters. The bottom line is, we needed to move in right away, but could not do it, until the apartment was renovated. I expressed the urgency to Grand Expediters NYC who made it a priority to work with me and get me my work permits. The Architect and the Expediter worked together literally round the clock and got us three work permits in: ready: 4 days. I couldn't believe it. They filed something called professionally certified, where the City approves the work the same day. This allowed me to start work right away. I would definitely recommend this company.

The Department of Buildings issued a stop work order, a partial vacate order, and two ecb violations on my Father s 3 family building because of one tenant s reckless and irresponsibility to do illegal work without the required construction permits from the city. They set up an apartment in the basement. We had no idea of this. The basement was being used for storage and was 90% unfinished.



I contacted several architects, engineers and expediters. This company took the initiative to work with my Father and I to explain what had just happened, and what we needed to do to rectify the situation. We hired an architect who was quick to prepare the plans. We put our faith in Grand Expediters Nyc, who was professional from the beginning to the end. They got my work permits, we needed to have two inspections in order to remove the stop work order and vacate. they were able to lower the fines from the ecb which was a tremendous help.



the bottom line is, know who your tenants are. make sure that in your lease your mention that no construction work may take place without the owners consent.
