Worst experience ever. I took a picture of my dog groomed the way I liked to Barry and asked to please do the same cut. When I came back to pick up my dog, he was cut totally differently than the picture I left with him. Barry advised me that the picture I gave him was not an appropriate cut for my Westie. I said then why didn't you tell me that you would not follow my wishes before you groomed my dog to your own specifications? He than began to address himself to my dog saying "Oh your daddy doesn't know what he's doing. He's an idiot." Can you believe that? What an arrogant person this groomer Barry is. I just took my dog and left. I will never ever come to him for grooming.
