Founded in 1960 by legendary producer, arranger and orchestrator Milton Okun, the company is one of the world's leading independent music publishers. Cherry Lane Publishing Company is the largest of four distinct divisions of the Cherry Lane Music Group. Additional divisions include print, magazine and digital media consulting.
