I have stayed many times that the staff knows me on a personal level.. The front desk agents are very nice, kind, and professional... I have never stayed there and not felt safe... Yes, there are some who stay there for several reasons, and act accordingly. However, the element is still a good vibe because even those people at times govern themselves with respect...
