Inner Strength Fitness provides science-based personal training for baby boomers at 3 private gyms in Midtown Manhattan. We deliver efficient strength training for individuals in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond. Our safety-first strength training program is meticulously designed to be efficient and effective.
