EmailClasses are designed for children and adults who have no formal ballet training or who have studied in the past. The emphasis is on proper technique, progressing technically, building strength and flexibility, and increasing coordination. Classes are kept small. Dance students are trained in the Vaganova method and taught ballet steps and terminology by Madame Lindt.
