They will expect you to do work that has nothing to do with security guard duties.Some of the security guards they hire to work at a hotel, are part of an identity theft ring. Very unsupportive work environment, coworkers do not communicate or cooperate with each other effectively . The NY operations manager is a joke, and can not be reached to help with job related issues.

Don't work with IPS ! They are by far the most unprofessional & disrespectful underpaying job , I would never recommend this job to anyone !
