Provided by YP.comThese guys are great, they're no nonsense and they turn over a high number of orders per day. Quality work. Don't expect to be coddled- they'll take whatever you want cast, make a mold and get it back to you faster than you ever could do it on your own. I could see where a high maintenence college student could be taken aback because they don't have time to appreciate your genius. these guys are the best.

Provided by YP.comthis place is so disorganized. my JD professor gave us a list of casters to go to, and I just happened to select this one. I gave them two things to cast; an airplane (relatively big), and a small, tiny spaceship (think earring stud size). I told them to make a mold for the airplane, no mold for the spaceship (and they told me "we are not responsible for miscastings or mistakes if you do not order a mold." and I told them "I know"). I go back the next week for them to give me a mold for both the airplane and the spaceship, along with the sprue on the noses of BOTH the pieces.
because of the (jump?) on the price of silver and the unexpected mold, I did not have enough cash on me (by the way, they don't accept any form of plastic). I told them I would pick up the spaceship at a later time and that I didn't want the mold for the spaceship, and that I told them I didn't order it.
A classmate was going to JM mold to pick up her casting, and I asked her to pick up my spaceship for me. they pushed the spaceship mold onto her, which she paid for (unknowingly), and gave to me.
I called them afterwards telling them I didn't want this mold and that I wanted a refund.
no can do.
For a place that has no common sense in where to place a sprue, they're pretty unwilling to own up to their mistakes. I'm never going to this place again to get anything cast, they are way too disorganized and lack any sort of business common sense.

Provided by YP.comThey are fast and cheap. For the experienced, who understand casting but, don't have a foundry.
If you know what you want and need it fast, they do most jobs over night. The other reviewers seem to be looking for a different type of shop.

Provided by YP.comI am a growing business from CA that was looking for a caster and mold maker in NY. I called up and spoke to the owner. I asked him a simple question about his company and responded with, "Do you want to do business or investigate my company?" I apologized and told him I was only wanting to know if they do start to finish work, such as drawings, molds, to a full run order. His accent was thick and I asked if he spoke Spanish (I speak it as well). He told me he spoke Spanish but proceeded to speak in his broken English. Needless to say, after being rude from the second he got on the phone he decided to just hang up on me. I don't recall having such a strange conversation with anyone. I can only imagine how he may respond to his clients if they want to add or change something in their order.
