Provided by YP.comGreat selection of models, p***-poor service from the old hag that stands near the counter like Cerberus basically sums it up. I made the mistake of walking into this shop today with a USD 100+ shopping list in my pocket and my 8 year old son in tow. He is used to visiting his dad's toy shops and their often quirky owners but never has he been treated this way. While I was checking out whether they had what I was looking for (which they mostly did) my son called me over to signal his interest in a toy bus and picked it up to show me its features (he knows that his patience and good behaviour during trips to my toy store are usually rewarded by adding something that interests him to the shopping list). Instantly, the old harpy descended upon us, rudely asking him to put the toy down because he was going to break it. Not only did she assume that he would break something in the shop (which he never has) but also that I wouldn't pay it should he do so. I promptly decided to take my business elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comFor being one of the few true hobby shops around, five stars. They are up in price, but aren't most model makers? Bravo to them for not getting into remote control anything!

Provided by YP.comMy girlfriend purchased a basic radio controlled helicopter (syma S001) here for my birthday. They charged her $110. This helicopter retails for $25 dollars elsewhere. I can understand charging an extra $20 or so but to completely take advantage of someone who knows nothing about a specific item is ridiculous. Overcharging by $85 is unethical and their business practices are questionable. Do NOT buy anything from these rip-off artists.
