Don't trust this company. I bought a couch and paid in full the day I ordered it and have been waiting 5 weeks for it to be delivered. The delivery is scheduled for tomorrow and I received a call that I owed a balance of $215.00 and the couch would not be delivered until I paid this amount. When I went to speak to the representatives in the store, I was told the the associate who totaled my payment simply "miscalculated". I explained that I paid for the price that I was quoted, and I didn't think it my was problem that the associate made a mistake, and was then told that it was a "human error and actually happens all the time". The service has been inexcusable and unprofessional. I can only hope that the quality of the product is better than the service that I received. My advice, save your money. They promote themselves as a reputable and cost effective company. The reality is a different story.
