Worst customer experience ever. We have been buying regular groceries for over a year. They have never lived up to "friendliest" service but today's experience definitely gives them the "worst" customer service award. We bought hot chocolate cocoa powder ($10), went home, tried it and it was horrible. Compared to spicy hot chocolate you find at a place like Jacques Torres, this hot chocolate tasted like drinking a hot soup of chilli. Instead of allowing us to exchange it for a better, drinkable hot chocolate, the folks at Jubilee pointed out the word "chilli" on the box and literally handed me back the box with "What do you want me to do with this?".
