Very poor Customer service. I paid the guy in advance, he filed the paperworks for my wife's immigration and after that does not respond to my telephone calls. Very dishonest. He is never available via phone, nor he is available to give me any advice on what to do. My wife's visa application was submitted late becuase of his delayed response initially. Now he has completely stopped communicating with his client who paid him in full in advance. My mistake for trusting him
