The doctor and staff there seem to be very thorough and knowledgeable. That said, my experiences there have always been the same in that I get shown to a exam room around my
appointment time and have my vitals taken. This has been followed by sitting in the exam room anywhere between 30-45 minutes without being seen. This makes it very difficult in going there during the work day.

Dr. Kapoor and her staff were amazing. They provided clear, empathetic explanations of recommendations and were a pleasure to meet with.

Doctor Kapoor provided me with the most comprehensive check-up I've had to date. She listened, asked questions, and recommended many necessary exams that I should have received but never had.

So many doctors phone it in, but Doctor Kapoor saw that I had not been treated right or listened to in a very long time, and took the steps to rectify that.

I am so grateful to find this medical office and have a team dedicated to helping me make the right decisions for a healthy future, and I have been singing you praises since. Thank you so much for the work that you do.

Dr. Kapoor is amazing, genuine, thorough and very, very impressive. She actually remembered who I was and made me feel like I was not just another patient in a busy practice. I always liked her and stopped coming to the practice for over a year because I tried to get her on the phone and also get prescriptions refilled, and never received a response or callback. My husband has union insurance and I went to their facility but missed Dr. Kapoor. Am glad I returned. MOM is a first class facility and I appreciate that. I believe And trust Dr. Kapoor wholeheartedly.

I am going through a lot of health problems an Dr. Kapoor is the very best doctor I could have ever been blessed to have!! Dr Kapoor is on top of all my problems! There’s NO better doctor in this world

The visit was rushed due to them having me waiting 30 minutes in the room before seeing me and I had another doctor appt at 12:15.

I had a very good experience. Took the time to explain things and answer my concerns. Foresaw my apprehension about an issue and talked me thru it.

It was wonderful meeting with both Dr. Sutantio (NP) and Dr. Kapoor. Dr. Sutantio spent a great deal of time with me answering questions and getting a thorough medical history. She offered services I didn't even know I was eligible for (vaccines) and was very informative.
Dr. Kapoor came in at the end of the visit to plan my health goals and go over my options for follow up care.
The nurse who took my vitals was so kind. I was quite grouchy and unpleasant when she first came in the room due to being hungry (NPO for labs). She informed me that my annual exam was early and gave me privacy&extra time to call my insurance to confirm my visit would be covered. I was annoyed by this initially, but when I thought about how much agony and potential money she saved me if the insurance chose not to cover the visit and I had to pay out of pocket, I was grateful to her for the advice and time to ensure proper coverage for all the services they provided. It was a great experience overall.

Dr. Kapoor listened to me, spent SO much time with me, didn’t rush anything, and was very comforting. I am so happy to have found her. My only issue was with the actual facility - the office was a little dirty which left a poor initial impression.

I came for a recent annual physical checkup scheduled with Dr. Kapoor, however I never even saw her. After waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time I was taken back and seen by numerous assistants but disappointed I never even saw Dr. Kapoor.

I’ve been through so many doctors in my life, and Dr. Kapoor is one of the best I’ve experienced. I have complete trust in her!

Dr. Kapoor makes me feel very comfortable. She has great listening skills and I can tell when she explains, she knows her stuff. I recommend her to a lot of people. Hope to have her as my doctor as long as I can!

I’ve been through many providers, and my first visit with Dr. Kapoor was amazing. She was detailed, informative and I trusted everything she instructed me to do. It was a pleasant change from the struggles of scheduling and the dry office staff.

She was well knowledgeable, careing and super helpful!
