I used Mr. Levin about 2 years ago to close on my first home in Long Island. I was happy with the process and with his staff. Would recommend.

This attorney helped save my buy. I was buying with fha loan loan wanted to borrow money from a bank for the downpayment, this would have been no good since the bank would not give me loan because downpayment must come from my pocket or as gift. Attorney explained this to me and saved the deal. Thank you.

I was looking for an attorney to buy a brand new condo unit. The broker recommended an attorney and was very upset when i told her I would use my own attorney. However I have no regrets. When you buy a brand new condo there are lots of costs you do not incur when you buy a used condo. Mr. Levin explained that to us and then he somehow obtained a copy of another contract from the same developer and saw that the developer had agree to pay some closing costs for another buyer. He then negotiated with the seller to do the same for us, saving us about $4000. I do not think the real estate agent's lawyer would have done that.

My family and me highly recommend the Law Offices of Yevgeny Levin. He accomodated us and met us in the evening as that was the only time we could meet to sign the contract for the purchase of our house. He was very detailed in his explanation of the contract and the closing costs. He helped save me on closing costs by recommending that I switch banks as the only we planned on using was charging unnecessary fee. Overall, very happy.

Any one looking for a good closing lawyer Please feel comfortable using Mr.Levins services. They helped me sell my condo and only charged me 750 dollars when all other attorneys were charging double that
