Knickerbocker was very professional. I spoke with Eric and he guided me through the process and was very patient as I had many questions. It's a newer car and I wanted to make sure it was taken care of during the transportation to California. All in all, it was well cared for during transit, arrived when they said it would, and was reasonably priced and highly professional. I would recommend to all who need this type of service.

Knickerbocker Auto Transport was highly recommended by a neighbor who has used them several times to ship their vehicles back and forth to Florida. After speaking with Eric, I was pleasantly surprised with his honesty and with his professionalism. He arranged to have our vehicle picked up so it would arrive at the destination point the same day as my arrival -something I'm told is not easily done. The vehicle survived the journey in excellent condition. The trucking firm that Eric arranged the shipping with was also excellent. The driver gave me his cell phone number so I was able to check on his progress at anytime. I highly recommend Mr Sailor and his firm, Knickerbocker Auto Transport
