My tattoo is about 3 to 4 inches in diameter in black ink, on my wrist. Suffice to say, it wasn't the best choice to make when I was 17 and wanting to be the cool kid. Ten years later decided to get it actually removed They put numbing cream on and for the most part the pain was tolerable. I don't think that any pain can be completely removed from treatments like these in any case. After the first session, the tattoo was definitely faded away. After two sessions, the tattoo is 70% gone. I'm just to make my third visit, but I'm pretty positive it will be gone.

I have visited many doctors who rush through their visits and don't seem to care about my concerns. Finally, I received a tip that there was a great new derm practice near my office in Midtown. I ended up seeing Dr. Shah, who was fantastic. For the first time, a doctor sat with me and took the time to hear my concerns. She was very organized and seemed to know exactly how to solve my problems. Even her assistant was great.
