Provided by YP.comI was at Chelsea store with my two puppies, really pet friendly store. They offered me coffee and water for the dogs, while the designer making a 3-D drawing of my living room. I bought one of those modular tv units with stylish cabinets on top, delivery process was smooth and easy. Checkout that coffee table that turns to a dining table =)

Provided by YP.comThis is the WORST place with shabby furniture pretending to be modern. WORST customer service. We would have gone with another place (BO concept next door), but they told us they had our items in stock. They then deliver the wrong bed, but give us a loaner. 10 weeks later, they deliver the furniture in horrible condition. When both my husband and I speak to them the owner was belligerent and rude. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and hung up on me twice.
No STARS.
DONT waste your time. Do not go there.

Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service. Worst I've ever had.
We liked the furniture designs and spent over $10K in the store. Added to this was a mandatory "white glove" delivery charge of over $500, which we didn't need because we were moving out of NYC and all that they had to do was deliver the furniture to our moving truck 10 miles from their warehouse.
What I didn't know was that I would have to assemble 8 dining chairs myself, but that turned out to be the least of my worries.
It turns out they forgot to deliver (or maybe even order?) one of the living room chairs we paid for (a $1300 chair). Annoying, but an honest mistake I suppose. Interestingly, though, no one from Lazzoni every called me about it. I found out from my movers (who picked up the order) and then I had to follow up myself.
I followed up with the store and they told me they did know that I didn't get the chair, but they didn't know why or where the chair was (i.e. did they have it in stock and forget it, or did they not have it in stock at all). They said they would follow up, but they never did.
So a couple of days later my wife called the store and they told her the chair was in California and they would have to get it from there. Later, Brian from one of the warehouses told us they had it in NJ and it was on the UPS list to get picked up on either 8/31 or 9/4 but he didn't know which. He said he would call me back on 9/4 and let me know. He never did. Multiple other calls failed to lead to any information and, although this is not a big operation, we seem to speak to a million different people. The saleswoman who took our order (and money), Joyce, is never anywhere to be found.
Today, Serkan, the warehouse manager had the nerve to call my wife to tell us to stop harrassing the store. We would love nothing more than to never call the store again, but that would require them to (1) call us back when they say they will and (2) deliver the chair or return our $1300.
There were lots of warning signs throughout the process (especially with Serkan). Stay away from these guys at all costs.

Provided by YP.comThis is a perfect furniture store. We spent hours going through everything. They have a wide range of modern stuff. Prices seem mostly reasonable for the quality.
