Honestly, I walked in the door and had no idea if I was going to buy a diamond or not. I did some basic research but there is a lot to it. Avi was excellent, he really helped me to nail down what I needed, did not try to up sell me and made me feel completely comfortable with my decision. I got my beautiful diamond and setting from Avi 2 years ago and not only was he straight up honest with me about the best price and diamond he could give me but he also have me the best deal! I couldn't have been more happier! And I loved his honesty! It was a very take it or leave it attitude and no pressure what so ever because the know their quality! On top of all that I've gone there to get it cleaned and checked many times and when I had a problem with the halo and the little diamond which got banged off (I have a very delicate ring) he fixed it for me hassle free and out of his own pocket right away! I even had to leave it to get prongs laserer and I know you are not supposed to leave your diamond but I trust them completely!
