"It's not my fault that my client was late!" which will make me 20 mins late. Doesn't it make sense that the person who is late loses their time, not the person after them!

I had to pay full price of a 60 min session and only received 40mins. The client who was late got her full session.

To top that off, she laughed in my face, as if she could care less. Well, that is

probably true. They could care less.

Don't worry, I won't be back. There are plenty of places in Manhattan that honor their offer.
