Unfortunately, I had a bad customer service experience here that made it obvious the people who run it don't care about satisfying their customers or making up for poor quality and late service.

I brought in a winter coat to get cleaned which they quoted me would be done in 1.5 weeks. I came to pick it up 1 day after the quoted pick-up date and it had not yet been cleaned. I came back the next day and the jacket was still not cleaned - so they made me wait 45 minutes while I watched them clean it in the back. When they brought the jacket out to me, there was still lint on the inside and so they took it back and cleaned it again. On top of having to make me come back multiple times and wait while they cleaned it, they also did not care about providing an adequate discount to make up for their poor service.

I cannot support a company that does not make every effort to make their customers happy. If you do end up coming here, make sure to inspect your clothes carefully because there are other reviews that reveal they don't do a thorough and quality job.
