Provided by YPmobileI had a terrible customer service experience with Lenny. I bought a pair of 802 Diamonds. They were damaged by the movers about a year later. I contacted Lyric to assist with the repair. Lenny was very unfriendly and unsympathetic and not helpful at all. After I complained to him about his attitude in an email, he unilaterally cancelled my service appointment, hung up on me twice, and refused any further after sales service. Avoid Lyric if you want after-sales service.
