Condescending, bad customer service. They closed 90% of the gym for renovation and failed to (a) apologize for the inconvenience (b) rebate me for the days their renovation makes the gym inaccessible. This is the first time they throw service out the window when trumping the "it's in your contract" card. Just recognize the inconvenience, apologize and make me feel like you care that I'm not getting any use out of my $85/mo membership when you close for renovation. Terrible service, I will not extend my membership...there are too many nicer gyms out there.

Unable to book court time even as a member booking more than a week in advance. Too many rules and restrictions to obey.



Membership fee boils down to about $45/week alone, with or without court time. so that means you're paying $45 a week to a booking staff that's neglectful that sits on their behinds doing nothing except talking back at you. no thanks!
