My Aunt entered this establishment able to walk. After gaining water weight due to her heart failure, they had her stop physical therapy and wouldn't take her walking. She was constantly in a wheelchair. She was on the 13th floor. The "sundry" store was in the basement. In order to have her pushed there (she couldn't push herself in the wheelchair) we had to hire someone. The people there don't have the time nor do they have enough volunteers to do anything with them. I moved her to another nursing home where she was engaged in doing activities and always had someone available within a reasonable amount of time to take her places. In addition, she gained 60lbs of water weight during her stay here and was put in the hospital within 2 weeks of going to the new facility due to all of the water.
