Excellent endocrinology physician. Very thorough especially about diabetes and all internal medicine. However, be prepared to pay and he's pricey! Very pricey!! He's worth it though. I go every 8 weeks, he checks everything even eyes with a specialized machine to be sure diabetes is not affecting them. He's kind, has a good bedside manner and tries to help. He gives almost an hour of his time but he is expensive and does not accept insurance unless you speak to him before. Even then, he's paid well by insurance AND the patient! OUCH!!! I get to deduct medical expenses just because I see him every 8 weeks. I never could before. He also has a brother, Spiros Mezitis in the same field. I highly recommend him, just have your checkbook ready.
