Don't sign any form with them, they will charge your card even if you ask them to not to do !!! They did this to me.



At the beginning I was very impressed with the size of their facility and the fact they are very close to the park, and offered time spent in the dog the run. I bought a package for 12 sessions for my puppy.



Soon, I started to experience their very poor costumer service. Although I had paid for their service, they tried to make me feel as if they were making me a huge favor. They rarely called me back, and asking them for pick up by the phone was not enough, they needed to be notified by e-mail. They behaved as an authority.



I only used them when it was inevitable, to avoid the incredibly unpleasant experience to being in touch with them.
