I don’t normally leave reviews for companies online, but I had to make it a point to do so in this case. I found Morgan Shipping Lines in a google search, I was in need trucking from the destination port to our warehouse. They responded to my email within a few mins, they gave me a reasonable priced quote that I agreed on.

When they were attempting to arrange for the pickup of the container, is when things really got to be a mess. Our previous freight broker didn’t not do their job and failed to notify us the container arrived, this led to a nightmare of holds, fines, and more delays. This is where Morgan Shipping Lines really went above and beyond to help, a gentleman by the name of Eli took it upon himself to help me resolve this mess. We literally spent several days sometimes for hours on the phone 3 way calling with everyone from the port to the ocean carrier till he was able to resolve this for us. If it was not for this company, we probably would have never been able to get this resolved and wouldn’t of ever got our goods. This was not what we hired them to even do for us, but they went way above and beyond to help us, when others never would have even got involved in this mess.
I can’t even begin to describe how appreciative I am for the dedication and hard work these guys did for us, we really would have been lost without them. This is a great company if you have anything logistics related you would be crazy to not hire them. I don’t think there are many companies that would put such dedication and hard work into fixing a problem they could have walked away from. I also doubt there are many others that have the degree of knowledge that Morgan Shipping Lines has. Again, I sincerely thank you for the effort, your company sets the standards I have never seen anyone compared to.
