My husband and I have been buying frames and prescription glasses from Morgenthal Frederics' Madison Avenue store for a decade and have nothing but the highest praise for the product and the service. Their glasses are expensive, but our experiences in their store and with the final product have lived up to the billing. Collectively, we've purchased eight pairs of glasses and sunglasses over the years. They have been lovely in all dealings, bending over backwards to see we are pleased. It's the level of quality we expect for the money.
