As president of My-Guard Security Corp., I maintain a "hands on" approach to the everyday operations of the company. Having an extensive security background dating back to 1974 (over 30 years) I have found that all security companies draw from similar labor pools. What sets My-Guard Security Corp. apart from the other security companies is our strong management team, constant supervision and ongoing security guard training programs. Our managers and supervisory staff are carefully selected based on their background and expertise in the security and law enforcement fields. Each manager and supervisor is assigned specific responsibilities and duties and is held accountable to ensure that these tasks are fully implemented. Our hard work and diligence results in providing our clients with dedicated professional security guards. The end result for our efforts and our ultimate goal, "customer satisfaction." A major portion of our business is obtained from customer referrals; I find this be the ultimate compliment to our service.
