The National Cargo Bureau is a nonprofit organization that provides assistance to the United States Coast Guard. The organization conducts vessel safety inspections and import and export automobile surveys. It witnesses tests and provides the certification of shipboard cargo gears. The National Cargo Bureau conducts training sessions for the transportation of hazardous materials and additionally offers containerization and segregation courses.
